Customer service is very important to us. Thus, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all products purchased on the our website (30 calendar days starting from the day you receive the item to return or exchange the product).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it. There is a restocking fee of $5 per item. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
To complete your return, please send a receipt or proof of purchase and reason for the return in an email to email@example.com. Our customer service will follow up with next steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

To return your product, please email email@example.com for assistance. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
